Welcome to The AllStar Co RMA request portal. This form is used to request authorization to return equipment for warranty evaluation, repair, replacement, or credit.

Submitting this form does not guarantee return authorization. All returns must be reviewed and approved before equipment is sent back.

Limited Warranty & RMA Policy – Allstar Co
Seller warrants that the Products will conform to the applicable specifications and will be free from substantial defects in materials and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of shipment (the “Warranty Period”).
Warranty Service Options
If Buyer discovers a defect during the Warranty Period and properly notifies Seller, Seller will, at its sole discretion, provide warranty service through one of the following methods:
Advance Replacement (Within 30 Days)
Seller may ship a replacement unit prior to receiving the defective Product. Buyer must return the defective Product within thirty (30) days of replacement shipment. Failure to return the defective Product within this timeframe may result in the replacement unit being invoiced at full cost.
RMA Repair / Standard Replacement
Seller may require the defective Product to be returned prior to repair or replacement. Seller may also attempt to resolve the issue through remote troubleshooting, repair, or workaround solutions before issuing a replacement.
Replacement Warranty
Any replacement hardware will be warranted for the remaining duration of the original
Return Requirements
All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Buyer must follow Seller’s RMA procedures and include the RMA number with all returns
Unauthorized returns may be refused
Shipping, Delivery & Installation Terms
Shipping (Standard & Expedited):
Standard warranty shipments are provided at Seller’s discretion
If Buyer requests expedited or overnight shipping, all additional shipping costs will be invoiced to Buyer
Payment for expedited shipping must be received prior to shipment
Seller is not responsible for carrier delays, transit issues, or delivery timing
Delivery Services:
Delivery of equipment is available upon request
Delivery is billed at a rate of $1.85 per mile (round trip) from the point of dispatch
All delivery charges must be paid in full prior to dispatch
Installation Services:
On-site installation is available upon request
Installation is billed at $125 per person per hour, with a minimum initial charge of one (1) hour
Additional time beyond the first hour will be billed at the same rate
Installation will not be scheduled or performed until payment is received in full
Fees & Payment Requirements
Any applicable charges (shipping, delivery, installation, non-warranty repairs, or unreturned equipment) will be invoiced
Payment must be received prior to shipment, delivery, or installation services
Failure to return defective equipment within the required timeframe may result in full invoicing of replacement equipment
Warranty Exclusions
This Warranty does not apply if Seller determines, in its sole discretion, that the defect or failure resulted from:
Abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident
Improper installation or handling
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or servicing
Use outside of product specifications or abnormal usage
Loss, theft, or environmental damage (including floods, fires, or natural disasters)
Normal wear and tear
Improper transportation
This Warranty does not apply to used Products, including Products sold through consignment, brokering, or secondary markets.
Authorized Service Only
Only Seller or Seller-authorized personnel may perform repairs or modifications. Unauthorized repairs or modifications will void this Warranty.
Additional Terms
The Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Buyer
Seller does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of Products
Seller will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve valid claims in a timely manner
Disclaimer of Other Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
THIS WARRANTY CONSTITUTES BUYER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, AND SELLER’S SOLE LIABILITY, FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.
